If you choose to return a product, we will issue a store credit voucher for the value of your returned item. You can use this voucher to shop anything from our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with original packaging.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video along with your order number.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
